Today I booked my very first EVER Brazilian wax (in my entire life) with the lovely Sumandeep and Jaspreet through her website and was kindly assisted through email, with a time and day available straight away. Her response was so quick and professional I knew I could already trust her. As a very nervous, shy first timer I really didn’t know what to expect. Sumandeep and Jaspreet made me feel so comfortable already through email and over the phone ensuring that I could trust her and that I would be fine. I finally met her in person and she is the most lovely person ever. I was made to feel relaxed, unashamed and normal through out the whole process and that was one of my main insecurities. My pain tolerance is very low, so making conversations and talking through the whole service made it a lot easier for me. This was the best experience I’ve had coming from someone who has just started putting in effort into self care and I feel like a new girl lol I highly recommend Sumandeep and Jaspreet and her services especially those like me who are nervous or first timers at experiencing things like body waxing or any service in general.
